About O'Poder Express Kitchen
O'Poder Express Kitchen was born from one simple thing — love for Goan food. We are young Goans who grew up to the crackle of wood-fired FORN ovens, the aroma of chicken cafreal, and the warmth of family meals shared around traditional Goan thalis.
Today, we proudly bring those cherished flavors to everyone. From our famous Chicken Cutlet Poie and Cafreal Poie to rich Chicken Xacuti, Recheado seafood, and wholesome Goan thalis, every dish carries recipes lovingly passed down through generations.
What makes us special is our commitment to tradition. Our poie is still baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, preserving authentic flavors that have been part of Goan culture for centuries.
We blend old-world recipes with a modern quick-service experience, creating a place where heritage, speed, and the relaxed susegad spirit of Goa come together beautifully.
